- We accept orders from all over India.

- Orders processed only after successful payment.

- Processing/ Dispatch time: 4-6 working days (regular product orders), 5-7 days (customized orders).

- Shipping time: 5-7 working days (surface shipping), 2-3 days (express shipping) for servicable pincodes.

- Courier transit times are estimates, not liable for delays

- Express shipping available for faster delivery (contact WhatsApp).

- No speed Post services,cannot ship to PO boxes

- Restricted delivery to military addresses, Unservisable pincodes and rural/remote areas.

- Not responsible for delays due to-

1. unforeseen circumstances

2. customer unavailability, unreachable at delivery time, wrong number or address, or change of address 

3. local holidays, strikes, or natural calamities.
